Meet Inah, the founder of Karamel by Sal!

Every brownie, cookie and crinkle that comes out of Karamel by Sal is baked with purpose. For Inah, this business is more than just baking. It's a product of her own journey through setbacks, resilience and the courage to start over.

Her dream goes beyond the kitchen. One day, Inah hopes to open a cosy café and build a women-led community space, a place that inspires hope and offers a safe environment for connection, conversation and support.

Karamel by Sal operates in a Muslim owned home kitchen with an SFA accredited Food & Hygiene certification.
